A PRAYER TO BE MORE HUMBLE a poetic prayer to be lifted up by the Lord

Let me be more humble Lord
take away my arrogant pride
Mold my life to please you
let me walk by your side.

Help me to be forgiving Lord
I come to you on my knee's
Please forgive me of my sins
Oh Lord please hear my plea's!

Undeserving I cry Lord
only you understand
how often I've failed you
still you reach out your hand.

You lift me up with your sacrifice
For by your grace I am saved Lord
Because you paid the price!
