You may claim total independance
Never a slave to be
but you were bought with a price
and sin will not set you free.
But freedom can come from Jesus
Because the truth can set you free
Everyone is a slave to something
For you what could that be?
Remain in the bondage of this world
for the Devil wants you there
or reach to God through Jesus
Giving him all your burdens in prayer!
From the ashes of sin Christ suffered and died
he paid the price that we shall be free
Never again be slaves to our sin
For through Christ we are free indeed!
